Last updated August 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how Æthersmith Craftworks handles your information. It isn't legal advice; if you need a formal policy for compliance, please have it reviewed by an attorney.
When you join the waitlist or design a build, I collect what you give me: your email, and — if you send a design — your name, phone, city or ZIP, family size, timeline, your design choices, and any notes. I also record basic technical details your browser sends (device/browser type and the page you came from) and, for the referral program, your referral code and who referred you.
To do exactly what you asked: hold your place on the waitlist, prepare and send your quote, talk through your build, and run the referral offer. That's it.
Your information is stored securely in my database and is never sold. I don't share it except with the trusted services needed to run the business (for example, payment processing when you commission a build, or email delivery). I keep it only as long as needed to serve you.
The site stores a referral code in your browser's local storage if you arrive through a friend's link, so your $200 discount follows you. There's no advertising tracking.
You can ask me to show you what I have, correct it, or delete it at any time — just email [email protected] and I'll take care of it.
Questions about any of this? Reach the workshop at [email protected].
