I build only a handful of cottages each season. When you reserve, that season's door becomes yours — and I close it to everyone else asking after it. A $500 reservation holds your place in line and locks your price. It's credited in full toward your build, so it's never a cost added on top — only money moved forward.
Because the spot I give you is a spot I've turned others away from, the reservation is non-refundable. If a build falls through at the last minute, that season's place can't be handed back or filled again in time — so the reservation is what makes the promise real, for both of us. When your turn comes, we confirm every detail together before a single board is cut or any materials are ordered.
Any discount you've applied is locked to your build the moment you reserve — it's yours to keep even if that season's offer has ended by the time yours is built.
